LEAP engine: A less polluting and more economical aircraft propulsion system

LEAP (Leading Edge Aviation Propulsion) is a new-generation aircraft engine that reduces fuel consumption by 15%. Its design has benefited from the contribution of CNRS laboratories, including EM2C (Molecular and Macroscopic Energy Laboratory) located on the Paris-Saclay campus of CentraleSupélec.
